I prefer to immerse myself in my client's business as if it were my own. I take on my clients' goals as my own goals. As such, I do only take on a handful of clients at a time in order to prioritize my energy and creativity toward those clients' businesses. In fact, this is exactly why I left agency life and became a consultant. Because I'd rather work more intimately with a few clients, than spread myself across many.

I also own my own business in the music industry (, so I uniquely understand the entrepreneurial, founder/CEO perspective as well. I get it. And I'm here to apply my 10+ years of SEO experience and my business experience to your vision.

My Background & Experience

I have been in the SEO (search engine optimization) industry for over 10 years and throughout that time have had the pleasure of working with top-marketers and brands such as Logitech, The Red Cross, Troy-Bilt, Ariat International, numerous small local businesses, and many other companies both large and small.


My work over the last 10 years has allowed me to hone in on key SEO strategies that reliably yield success in driving traffic and business revenue through search engines. 

As mentioned I also started my own business in the music industry (, so I uniquely understand the perspective of founders and CEOs as well.

Timeline & Approach

Most SEO projects take at least 5-6 months to complete. It's important to understand that while the results are big (a constant stream of traffic to your website), it takes time to get there.

We will focus on 1-3 high-impact keywords at a time. A high-impact keyword is a keyword that we expect your ideal customer is searching on Google, and therefore, is more likely to result in a conversion. Keeping a laser focus like this means expediting meaningful results (instead of diluting effort across too many targets), and it helps build trust in the process (let's prove what it takes and then expand based on that formula).

What Does an SEO Engagement Look Like?

An engagement/project will consist of individual components that are key to ranking on Google. My SEO packages include:

  • Strategic keyword research - This is different from finding all possible keywords and dumping them in a bucket. It's a strategic approach that results in a fine-tuned list of keywords that we expect to actually produce measurable results for your business goals.

  • Text optimization on your website targeting the high-impact keywords. 

  • Development of at least 3 educational articles for your website (this is a critical trust-building step for Google's algorithm, and they can also rank on Google).

  • Link outreach (acquiring quality, natural links from other websites to your website. It's Google's equivalent of word-of-mouth).

  • A clear and concise report showing the business impact of this work.

All SEO projects begin with a kickoff call to gather any outstanding information and review the project timeline/process.

Clients then get one, 1-hour coaching call per month. This is more than just a status update. We'll not only review project status but discuss topics such as overall business goal progress, other marketing channels, offerings to maximize conversions, ways to increase average order value, etc. This is all with the goal of maximizing the results you see from SEO (which typically spills over to other marketing channels as well).
